Upgrading from spam Controls to spaminator

By default, spam Controls use Known spam Blocking to filter spam before it reaches your inbox. Although Known spam Blocking filters the vast majority of spam, some junk email may slip through occasionally.

To enjoy the highest level of spam protection, you can upgrade to PeoplePC spaminator. Spaminator includes Suspect Email Blocking, which virtually ensures a spam-free inbox.

You can upgrade to spaminator in any of the following ways:

  • Click the Upgrade to spaminator link in Web Mail's folder pane.
  • Visit the spam Controls Settings page.
  • Click the Overview tab in the spam Controls/spaminator interface, and then click the Upgrade My spam Protection button.

Any of these actions will take you to PeoplePC's Upgrade page, which includes pricing and other information. Simply follow the instructions on that page to complete the upgrade process.

How to Downgrade

If you have upgraded to spaminator and want to downgrade to spam Controls, you may do so at any time. Downgrading removes Suspect Email Blocking and related features included in spaminator.

To downgrade:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Click Essential Extras.
  3. On the Add/Remove Essential Extras page, click remove next to spaminator.
